What is Excalijus?
Excalijus connects independent lawyers who share a standard: verifiable professional standing, genuine international experience, and a commitment to how legal work is carried out, not merely how it is marketed.
Membership is small by design. Excalijus does not measure the network by its size, but by the professional standing and individual credibility of the lawyers who participate in it.
Members of Excalijus are independent legal professionals, admitted under the rules of their own jurisdictions. Membership creates no partnership, employment, agency, automatic representation, or shared professional liability among its members.

Excalijus is designed as a professional point of connection when a matter involves more than one jurisdiction. The network does not replace the independent judgment of each member; it gives visibility to lawyers whose identity, professional standing and jurisdiction can be reviewed and verified.
Each member remains professionally independent, responsible under the rules of their own jurisdiction, and free to accept or decline any matter according to conflict checks, competence, availability, and local professional rules.

Excalijus was founded by Dr. Alberto Miranda, a Peru-qualified attorney and Peruvian Law Expert with more than twenty years of professional experience in private international law and cross-border legal matters connected to Peru.
